What gets published, and what gets sent back.

Every release or article needs

• A headline that states news, not a slogan. Title-case promotional descriptors ("Revolutionary", "Best-Selling") are removed.
• A dateline with city and date, and a lead paragraph that says who announced what.
• At least one substantive quote attributed to a named person with a job title.
• A company boilerplate with the founding year and a one-sentence mission.
• A media contact with a named individual, a job title and an email address.
• Links only to the brand's official domain, unless the outlet states otherwise.

Not accepted anywhere

• Disease, cure, treatment or guaranteed-result claims for supplements, CBD or cosmetics.
• Guaranteed-return or profit claims for financial, forex or crypto products.
• Content about adult services, weapons, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal in the target market.
• Fake endorsements, fabricated reviews, or quotes attributed to people who did not say them.
• Copy pasted from a sales page, or content that misrepresents a sponsored placement as independent journalism.

Regulated categories

Supplements, CBD, crypto and forex go through a compliance review before payment. We check the claims, the required disclaimers and the outlet's category rules, and tell you which outlets in your order can accept the story. Any outlet that cannot is refunded before submission.

Revisions and approval

When an outlet's screener asks for changes, we make them and send the revised text to you. Nothing is submitted without your approval of the final draft.
