Terms of service.

1. Who we are

LegitPR is operated by LEGIT PR (SMC-Private) Limited, a registered private limited company (registration no. 0317315, NTN I143445). "LegitPR", "we" and "us" in these terms mean that company.

2. The service

LegitPR arranges the publication of press releases, sponsored articles, guest posts and link insertions on third-party publications listed in its directory. LegitPR is not the publisher. Final acceptance of any content is decided by the publication during its editorial review.

3. Orders and payment

An order request is confirmed after compliance review. Payment is due before submission to an outlet, by card or invoice. Prices are one-time, per placement, in US dollars, and include images and the outlet's stated word count. There are no subscriptions.

4. Content

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all text, images and claims you submit, that the content complies with our editorial guidelines and with the laws of the markets you target, and that you will not submit fabricated endorsements or reviews. LegitPR may decline any content at its discretion.

5. Delivery

A placement is delivered when the live URL is available in your dashboard or report. Turnaround times shown in the directory are typical, not guaranteed. Labels, link attributes and page layout are decided by the publication.

6. Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: any placement that cannot be published is refunded in full.

7. No guarantee of results

LegitPR does not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing duration, sales or any other outcome of a placement.

8. Liability

LegitPR's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
