If we cannot publish it, you do not pay for it.

Placements

If a placement you paid for cannot be published on the outlet you selected, that placement is refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds are issued as money, not as credits toward a future order.

Bundles

Bundles are refunded per outlet: if one outlet in a bundle cannot publish your release, the price of that outlet is refunded and the remaining placements proceed. If you prefer to cancel the whole bundle before any outlet has published, the full amount is refunded.

Compliance review

Regulated categories are reviewed before payment. If review shows that an outlet cannot accept your story, it is removed from the order before you pay.

Writing

The writing add-on is refundable until the first draft has been delivered. After delivery, revisions are included as described on the service page, and the writing fee is not refundable, even if you later cancel the placement.

What is not covered

• Rankings, traffic or sales outcomes. No outlet guarantees these and neither do we.
• Removal of a published page by the outlet after it went live, unless our agreement with the outlet includes a live-time guarantee stated on the listing.
• Orders cancelled after an outlet has already published.
