Can I use my tracking link?

Most outlets require a link to the brand's official domain. A redirect on that domain, or on your own hub domain, is the usual solution.

How fast do placements rank?

National outlets are often indexed within a day and can rank for brand terms within the first week. Ranking is never guaranteed.
